May 2023 Palm Beach County Real Estate Market Update

While the market has cooled off a bit this summer, Palm Beach County continues to draw new residents and new home sales. With this cooling buyers are seeing that they have a little less competition and a little more negotiating room but with 28% fewer new listings than we saw last May, the market is still slightly favoring sellers.
