As we all know, Florida homeowners insurance prices have been rising steadily in recent years.
But is relief coming in 2023?
The OIR (Office of Insurance Regulation) released their first Property Insurance Stability Report for 2023 which placed Palm Beach County in 3rd for the highest homeowners insurance premiums. However these numbers were collected before the new regulations were set in place in December to improve these rates.
